This album was recorded between the years of 1996-1998. This was a project conceived by Ike Dog, But was brought to life by many legendary Denver MC's. This album features: AK Love, BOC, 44th St Thugs, Hydro Bass, Money Loc, Short Cutt, Big Mo, Skinny Cass, Bomb Blood, Spookie Tee, 6 Block, A Yo (Angel Cruz), Lil J, True Hustle, and you can even hear Rob "Big Daddy" Cisneros on there. With production By Rude 303, BOC, AK Love, and Short Cutt. This album is dedicated to the memory of the Legendary Ike Dog aka Ikie Two Dogs aka Ikie 2 Gunz. These tracks were recorded from a long thought lost cassette tape that I recently came across. That true legendary sound. This is an album is 20 + years in the making. This album was originally supposed to be released many years ago, Named "Blowing Up the City" it was shelved after the tragic events in New York City (9/11.) It was supposed to be revisited and released at a later date, but life happened and the project was lost. Some songs were released on other projects. Unable to obtain the original recordings, these cassette recordings are all that remain of that project. At last we present to you "Blowin Up the City."
